What we're all about
What started as a one-man-band focused on the German IT Infrastructure market has grown into a global business with over 50 employees and 4 offices worldwide. One thing never changed: Our focus on delivering excellent recruitment solutions within IT Infrastructure.
Franklin Fitch is founded
Franklin Fitch is founded by our CEO, David Annable. Originally we were solely focussed on the German IT Infrastructure market.
Our first ever Office opens!
in Borough High Street
Our Frankfurt Office opens!
Based in the heart of Sachsenhausen we moved into our first-ever German office.
Steven Ewer joins us as Director of our UK market
Opening up our UK operations keeping our core focus of IT Infrastructure.
Move into our new Headquarters in London
We've outgrown 3 different offices in London and moved into our new HQ based in South West London. There ain't no stoppin' us now!
Our Cardiff Office opens
Weathering through the 'Beast from the East' we've opened our first office in Cardiff, Wales.
Our first Investing In Talent Award
In 2018 we were named the Best Recruitment Agency to work for!
Our Austin Office opens
Opening our first-ever US office in the 'Silicon Hills' of Austin, Texas.
Our Frankfurt Office move into their new office
We've outgrown two offices in Frankfurt and moved into a more spacious office with Skyline views.

David has over 18 years of industry experience, 12 of which have been building Franklin Fitch and developing it into the successful business it is today.
