Training tailored to you.

We operate a tailored, professional development programme to support you throughout your career. Starting with our Academy, a team dedicated to equipping you with the tools to be our next top biller, our training then follows you all the way to building out your team and directorship. Our training consists of classroom training, workshops, observation, mentoring, and coaching.

Working with our Academy managers and existing consultants, you will start to understand what best practice is in terms of recruitment skills and knowledge.

With a combination of internal expertise and external specialist support, you will learn, understand and practice the hard and soft skills associated with recruitment.

Recruitment is ultimately a sales career and you will be given specific and tailored coaching that helps you succeed in the modern sales environment.
