Franklin Fitch is a specialist IT infrastructure recruitment consultancy based in Oval, London (with offices in Frankfurt, Cardiff and Austin). We have ambitious growth plans for the next couple of years and we want to find somebody who is equally excited about developing themselves in our fast-paced and collaborative culture.

Whether you’re new to the recruitment industry or well-versed in the recruitment lingo, that’s not what counts. What you’d be up to at Franklin Fitch

  • Managing all of Franklin Fitch’s social media channels with a focus on creating engaging and creative content for our global audiences
  • Helping to drive the Franklin Fitch ‘Inclusive Infrastructure’ initiative to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in our markets, taking ownership of our tech talent spotlight campaign in the US and UK
  • Mentoring junior team members to help them advance their skills and career alongside your own
  • Helping with further growth and implementation of relevant Social Media Channels such as TikTok and Instagram
  • Working with the internal talent acquisition team to attract new talent for Franklin Fitch
  • Researching, organising and promoting Franklin Fitch events (including roundtables, meetups and graduate fairs virtually as well as in-person)
  • Ensuring the Franklin Fitch website is always accurate, relevant and SEO optimised
  • Being responsible for keeping the Franklin Fitch brand collateral up-to-date ensuring availability and brand accuracy

Does this sound like you?

  • You have a clear understanding of all the mainstream social media channels in terms of functionality and analytics (particularly LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter)?
  • You have experience in utilising social media scheduling tools? (We use a tool specific to the recruitment industry called Paiger which you’ll get full training on)
  • You have excellent copywriting skills and an eye for detail?
  • You have a creative mind with the confidence to present and try new things?

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience of the Adobe suite of products (Photoshop/Illustrator etc.) would be desirable but not essential, if well-versed in Canva then that would be great
  • Experience in filming/editing video content/ animating content
  • CRM/database experience
