Recruitment Consultant

You will be based in our London HQ and covering the East Coast of America, working alongside our US team. Although the US is still a relatively new venture for us, the office has grown from strength to strength over the last year so we are able to offer a unique opportunity to consultants - the chance to shape your own role from the beginning and join us on this exciting period of growth with our US expansion.

What we're looking for

As a proven successful recruiter, you'll have a passion for sales and developing excellent relationships with clients. You'll have the ambition and confidence to take a relatively new operation up a notch, whilst being motivated to learn and to further develop your skills.

Enthusiasm, resilience and excellent communication skills are a must, as well as being able to inspire and persuade others. You'll have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
