Recruitment, or external recruitment, is a sales job that ultimately revolves around matching candidates to jobs of our client companies. It also involves proactively approaching said candidates as well as clients, which is also called business development. At Franklin Fitch, we offer different career paths which can be divided in the following: 360° Recruitment, which involves active sourcing of candidates as well as proactive business development; Delivery Recruitment or 180° Recruitment, which is focussed on delivering matching candidate profiles to existing client job requirements.
As a recruiter, you will be:
We run our Academies in all our offices. They take care of on-the-job training for the first 6 to 12 months of your recruitment career. The Academy gives you all the necessary tools to become our next top biller and is a mixture of classroom as well as on-desk training and coaching and mentoring.
As believers in lifelong learning the training doesn't stop after the Academy though. We provide training, mentoring and coaching by internal as well as external experts throughout your career up to Directorship.

From principal consultant onwards you can choose the Delivery path (180° recruitment), The Management path (360° recruitment plus team leadership), the 360° recruitment path (without management responsibilities)

The timescales for the progression differ for each journey. Most Trainees get promoted within their first 12 months. We pride ourselves on our clear career progression paths and criteria, so at any point in your career journey, you will know what you need to do to achieve your next promotion.
