Recruitment, 360 recruitment, external recruitment or even staffing and 360 staffing are all expressions used to describe the practice of handling the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Recruiters are professional problem solvers leveraging a multitude of skills to win and maintain business from both candidates and clients. 360 recruitment refers to using business development skills to win new business to provide jobs to fill for you and your team. Once these jobs are pulled recruiters are tasked with finding the appropriate talent to fill them. This process requires the recruiters to be proactive throughout the sales cycle, qualifying, interviewing, negotiating and closing.
We ask a lot from the people we hire in terms of effort; in return, we invest heavily in their development. From Trainee – Director the training never stops.
From day 1 you are enrolled in a 25-module training programme that will follow you through your career underpinning your business with the theory and practice you need to be successful.
Alongside this, you will be allocated an Academy Manager who will deliver role plays, workshops, shadowing, call listening sessions and mentoring to enable you to pick up the different elements of the job within the first 6 months.
We also partner with a Leadership Coach and Business Mentor to support our leaders and top performers with they make the transition to either people management or business management.
