From trainee consultant in a 3-person office in Frankfurt to leading 15 consultants and running our Frankfurt office within 9 years. Xenia joined Franklin Fitch in 2014. Since then, she’s gone from strength to strength: She was our global top biller 3 times, started her own family, and was recently promoted to Director.

From trainee consultant to L&D and Academy Manager in 4 years, Charlotte began her career as a 360 Recruitment Consultant on our UK Perm Team. Realising that her motivators had changed, and mentoring the junior members gave her the most sense of purpose and fulfilment; the role of Academy Manager was created. Since then, she has successfully coached 36 consultants in the Academy, hired another Academy Manager and revised our training and career progression structures.
